Group Yoga classes Bristol
Power yoga class - This is energetic and focuses on both strength building and flexibility. Expect to be challenged and work up a sweat in this class.
Hatha flow - A less dynamic flowing class which synchronises breath and movement.
Ashtanga yoga - An energetic system of sequences based on the Ashtanga vinyasa primary series which focus on posture, breathing (with sound), and looking points (drishti) to build strength, flexibility, and mental focus - a moving meditation.
Yin Yoga - A slow practice of ground based postures held for longer periods of time designed to improve mobility and flexibility by working into the tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue of the body.
